  3. Fantastic
Of course the whole Sniddlgrass motif can be read on many levels, including as tool for philosophical eploration of the relativism of truth. If one asks the question: "how many penguins can you fit in a cauldron", one must immediately ask: how big is the caludron? and what species of penguin? For example the King Penguin is typically 90cm in length and weighs between 24 and 14KG, whereas the African Penguin is about 60cm long and 2.1 - 3.7 KG in weight. And are the penguins to be placed horizontally in human conditions, or flat packed? Thusthe cauldron becomes a metaphore for the infinite nature of exploratation of not only science, but the human mind. Of course, other form the view that the book is really and exposition of the distopian vision of the world, where all is chaos, murder and death.

  4. This could get time-consumingly out of hand...! When can we expect a listing on Amazon.com for J (with a silent 'K') Dylan?

[Got here by way of the good doctor's podcast, by the way. You have achieved the fame - is the fortune to follow? ;) )
